Welcome Back to School Fall 2018

Welcome to the Jefferson Library!

I am Ms. Cahuas, the librarian and technology teacher at Jefferson. This is my 4th year at Jefferson and 8th year in the SFUSD. I am excited to meet our new students and see returning students as well. We have lots of new books and projects to do in the library this year. The library will open to students next week beginning August 27th. See you soon!

Take a tour of the library and learn our rules in these two videos made by former Jefferson students.

Summer Stride 2018 @ SF Public Library

Looking for something fun to do this summer? The San Francisco Public Library's Summer Stride 2018 program encourages all ages and abilities to have fun reading and learning. Stop by a neighborhood library and check out books, comics, eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music and more. Plus, choose from more than 800 programs (all free!) to deepen reading enjoyment, spark STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) passions and learn through active, outside exploration.
